You are invited to join members of the Executive Connection for our next speaker session, led by our Customer Loyalty Expert, Craig Cherry, on “10/10 Performance for Customer Loyalty”

10/10 Performance for Customer Loyalty

What is the 'Loyalty Zone'? It's the place to be, the aim, nirvana, the optimum, it is where you achieve maximum appreciation.

If your customers are in the zone they are definitely returning and promoting you to their friends and colleagues. If your team are in the zone they are giving you their best efforts. If your sales are in the zone you are maximising your revenue potential and have improved your average dollar sale and your conversion rates. If your leaders are in the zone they have the ability to get continued improvement from their teams.

Craig can help you discover what your customers are saying about your business to their friends and colleagues and how to use that information to drive revenue.

  • If they are recommending you, exactly what are the experiences that had the customer put their reputation on the line to recommend you?

  • If they are not recommending you, what are the most important improvement areas that would have them recommend you in the future?

He uses a case study that has achieved amazing sales results to teach his system from research to revenue.

You can also discover the following

  • What is the customer service rating? How many customers are talking about your customer service as a reason for their loyalty? We can give you this by business unit.

  • What is your sales conversion rate and how can you improve it? Again, we can do this by location/business unit.

  • What is your marketing lead generation rate? What was the deciding factor behind that customer using your service or product?

  • What is the main reason your non-purchasers did not purchase and what can you do to improve it?

Workshop components:

  • Inspiration and insights

  • Best practice examples and case studies

  • Discussion sessions (group breakouts) to reflect on key themes, and start to translate reflections / learning to their own context

 Takeaways:

  1. A clear understanding of employer branding and why it matters, for business success

  2. The inspiration to activate authentic employer branding, through People & Culture and Communications

  3. A top-line plan on what to do and where to start
