Creating a Culture of Accountability: Managing and Measuring Performance

In this highly interactive session attendees will learn:

  • What to measure at a company, team and individual level
  • Practical techniques and how to avoid common pitfalls when measuring performance
  • How to have effective performance conversations that inspire and motivate
  • Managing underperformance (without breaking the law).

Templates, case studies and practical tools will be provided to equip you to implement your ideas.
