The AFR reported in January, that "business insolvencies rose by 28% over the last quarter of 2023." This alarming statistic points to a significant increase in businesses unable to meet their financial obligations.

About Kevin

Kevin is an Executive Director, Turnaround and Business Improvement Specialist at Vantage Performance.

Kevin commenced his career in the insolvency industry and realised that, with an early intervention approach, most business could be preserved and improved upon with the right strategy, capital and people. He moved into the corporate recovery industry in the late 90s and in 2008 joined Vantage Performance, a national corporate advisory firm that solves critical business challenges.

Kevin has worked on many turnaround assignments, 2 of which have been awarded turnaround of the year by the Turnaround Management Association.

Kevin provides owners with peace of mind, confidence and control by solving their critical business challenges, whether they're looking to solve a critical financial issue, scale their business or raise capital.

During his time at Vantage the business has:
