OUR SPEAKER, LUCAS Meadowcroft

Welcome to the inspiring world of Lucas Meadowcroft, a visionary in the technology and business innovation realm. Over two decades ago, Lucas was a teenager with a burgeoning interest in computers and no clear academic or career path. Today, he stands as a testament to the transformative power of passion and education, serving as a co-founder and investor in four pioneering companies: CROFTI, Pivot, Tribu, and Run With.

Lucas's journey began with a simple fascination for building computers, which led to a remarkable career propelled by his hands-on learning approach and mastery in coding, networking, and problem-solving. This foundation paved the way for his future successes in the digital world. Reflecting on his early years, Lucas shares, “After school, I faced uncertainty about my future. My passion for technology eventually revealed that my future lay in the digital world.”

With over twenty years of experience in the IT support industry, Lucas has a keen focus on digital innovation and artificial intelligence, significantly impacting the business landscape. His venture, CROFTI, transcends typical IT solutions, acting as a hub for innovation strategy and consulting to help businesses embrace automation and efficiency.

Among Lucas's innovative projects is Tribu, a cutting-edge platform that harnesses the power of advanced machine learning (AI). Tribu, acting as triage for IT support, has revolutionized the way customer support tickets are managed, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency. Additionally, Lucas co-founded Pivot, a sports app designed to enhance community and connection through sports, and Run With, a running app that motivates individuals to engage in physical activity and connect with fellow runners. “Our goal across all ventures is to reshape industries for the future,” Lucas explains. “We're passionate about introducing innovative digital solutions that enable people to engage in meaningful work and lead healthier, more connected lives.”

Beyond his professional endeavors, Lucas is a fitness enthusiast and an advocate for community through sports, actively investing in and supporting initiatives that bring people together. Lucas Meadowcroft's career is a vivid illustration of how innovative thinking and a commitment to technology can lead to significant advancements in business and personal well-being.
