  • Hosted by Ben Gipske, Roy Gripske and Sons 11, Sodium Street Narangba, QLD, 4504 Australia (map)

You are invited to join members of The Executive Connection for their next speaker session, led by Ashton Bishop, TEC master speaker on Predatory Marketing and Customer Centricity

THE TOPIC, The 7 Shifts of Customer Centricity

This workshop reviews what value looks like for customers in the new normal. There are many forces for change that make a refocusing on customers essential for businesses. The question is, “Am I creating real value for customers, that they are delighted to pay for?”

If there’s a moment of hesitation in this, it’s time to review the customer centricity.

This workshop walks through how businesses navigate and coordinate complexity to get back to delivering extra value. The focus of the workshop is on a Framework of 7 shifts to help organisations look at things from a customer perspective.

  1. Shifting the desire to understand a customer from selling to them to serving them – how does value get served to them

  2. Understanding what customers want vs what they really value. Going beyond the needs and wants

  3. Additional ways to serve them – remove friction points

  4. Capture data to predict vs report

  5. Segmentation – use technology to ensure every customer is seen as an individual and have their own individual journeys.

  6. How to engage the whole organization to ensure they are thinking, acting and designing value for customers in the new world

  7. Where is your timeline or horizon – are you looking for results today or investing for value in a lifetime. Can you create value for a lifetime?

Ashton mixes keynote materials, worksheets and a myriad of other tools in a fast paced 2 hours

OUR SPEAKER, Ashton Bishop

Ashton Bishop is Australia’s Predatory Marketer – an expert in pinpointing how brands can grow by outsmarting their competitors.

However, his path was a somewhat unusual one. After graduating with a commerce/law degree he turned his hand to street performing, TV presenting, stand-up comedy, film directing and even literally ran away with the circus.

Fortunately Ashton eventually found his niche in marketing, where he has spent the last 14 years working internationally on some of the world’s biggest brands. He’s a business owner, serial entrepreneur, challenging, sometimes even controversial, but always focused on what gets results.

He’s run million dollar campaigns for billion dollar brands, created Australia's first mobile app, won film awards, guest lectured at leading universities and has won TEC speaker of the year on three occasions -2013, 2015 and 2016
