  • Hosted by a Rick Stavely of EPIC Assist Brisbane City Queensland Australia (map)

You are invited to join members of the Executive Connection for our next speaker session, led by Dan Collins on “Building a High Performing Accountable Culture”

Building a High Performing Accountable Culture

This presentation is specifically designed to give a deeper understanding of the key components and the focus areas required to develop a Culture of Accountability, one of the three elements required to build a High Performance Environment.

It is increasingly apparent that leaders are faced with the performance challenge of having the strategy required to be successful, yet the execution lets them down. Boston Consulting surveyed and studied 5000 leaders, revealing that 87% of leaders are not achieving the results they would like in execution of the planned strategy. With the increasing amount of cross functional teams where there are no direct reporting lines and a reliance on external service providers, the leader is responsible for achieving a result, is accountable for the outcomes and has a high need for a Culture of Accountability.

We will explore the key components of a Culture of Accountability and the skills and focus areas for leaders who are capable of building it. We will build a small tool kit of strategies that will enable the leaders present to set expectations, influence results and have discussions around unmet expectations across the Organisation and Teams they lead.

Takeaways:

  • A model for a High Performance Organisation

  • The Results Pyramid

  • Your Accountability Style - Strengths & Weaknesses

  • Framework for setting “Above the Line Thinking”

  • Framework for Setting Expectations

  • Components of the Accountability Conversation.

We will achieve these outcomes through a mixture of interactive content sharing, robust discussion and role plays.
