Theory of Constraints for Complex Sales with Dr Robert Dew
The Theory of Constraints was developed by Dr Eli Goldratt, co-author of the best selling business novel, “The Goal”. The theory is often thought to be only applicable to manufacturing production environments in reducing bottlenecks.
Rob Dew shows how we can apply the Theory of Constraints to all business processes and has used this approach with one TEC member in their Sales approach with remarkable effect.

"Raising the Bar" with Tim Ferguson
Coming through the last three years, the role of the CEO has been compromised more than ever. Most TEC members have had to roll up their sleeves and help their teams go through immense short term challenges. But just as we always encourage the Business Leader to be “On the Business“ rather than “in” it, that is almost impossible to do until the top team raises its performance.
“Raising the Bar” uses the Leading Teams methodology on the TEC Group - with the model and lessons learned applicable back with the Leader’s Executive Team.

"Fearless IT" comes from Cameron’s many years of helping organisations navigate technology and recovering IT projects. As a 10 year TEC member he has seen plenty of examples in his fellow members as well as some his very high profile corporate clients. Often Cameron has been called in to sort out a mess and there are some very basic and simple reasons, he believes, that cause these and indeed most IT projects to fail and the good news is that the solutions are there to be seen if you know where to look.

Opening the Financial Black Box with Andrew Walker
For a business leader to ensure excellent execution the key roles of the team need to be crystal clear. Andrew Walker is a business improvement specialist and an experienced CFO who has advised many medium sized businesses on their financial performance and through that has seen the range of capabilities of a finance team. This workshop explores what you need and how that need can be fulfilled.
