Damien is the Founder and Director of FOUND, a Brand Strategy practice specialising in Market Positioning. He works with brand owners to answer the key growth question that all successful firms must address; what strategies and activities will drive top-line growth on our brand?
Throughout Damien’s international career he has worked with and learnt from some of the world’s best organisations. From global multinationals to small & mid-cap firms, from digital pure-play to large highly complex organisations across Consumer Goods, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage and Media / Tech.
In the recent past he has been General Manager, Marketing and Sales for Newscorp and more recently The Urban List. He is a Director of several Southern Cross Health Care and The Hummingbird House Foundation.
