You are invited to join members of The Executive Connection for their next speaker session, led by Matt Tice on strategy and execution in the age of disruption.
Matt Tice was TEC speaker of the year for 2018 and in this powerful and challenging presentation Matt highlights the key questions that need to be asked to ensure a sustainable and executable plan.
Strategy and Execution in the Age of Disruption
Matt shares a perspective on how strategy has evolved as market conditions become less stable and change accelerates across the economy. The session will address how leaders need to re-think their strategy design efforts to cope with this change and how organisations need to focus their limited resources to execute their strategies in light of disruptive change. Through practical cases, simple questions and a very interactive experience, Matt will give you the tools you need to navigate strategy design and execution in the age of disruption.
