This four hour workshop focuses on the best Practices including Leadership, Strategy, Planning, Culture, People, Processes, Customers, Measurement and Execution.
TEC members will complete a One Page Business Plan during the session and look at case studies from other organisations.

OUR SPEAKER, PETER BERRY
Peter Berry (BA Hons) established his boutique consultancy firm in 1990, specialising in leadership, business planning, and people and culture.
Peter has been a regular speaker for The Executive Connection for 13 years. He is also an Associate of the Melbourne Business School, Mt Eliza Centre for Executive Education.
Peter's client list includes major multinationals such as General Electric, Coca Cola, Nestlé and GMH. He also works with Australian icons including Qantas and Australia Post. Peter also has a broad range of government and small private sector clients.
His company offers consulting services and a range of profiling instruments including Employee Surveys, 360 Degree Feedback and Hogan Personality Profiling.
TEC members are high-integrity business leaders from a diverse range of industries who meet monthly to support each other and address the challenges of leading in these increasingly uncertain times.
The speaker session is the first part of a monthly all-day meeting and is attended by between 14 and 16 people. During the afternoon, the TEC members continue with their Executive Session. Our speakers are subject experts focused on stimulating active discussion with the group.
