Lucas Meadowcroft
Lucas has established himself as a practical and hands on expert supporting Vistage members using AI to support automation. Well before the hype of Chat GPT, Lucas and his consulting arm have been working with clients to improve business processes through the use of technology and AI.
He provides innovation consulting services to businesses and tech startups, innovating the running club & racket sporting industry, along with solving real-world business problems using Artificial Intelligence. He co-founded CROFTI, an innovation consulting business focused on business process improvement and finding new ways of working through implementing the latest technology, including AI, and removing manual handling of data across departments.
Jon Lindsay
Jon, a Vistage Chair, with three peer groups based in S. E. Queensland has been chair, leadership coach and strategy facilitator for the last 16 years.
Previously he was a member of a Vistage group in the UK, and has led organisations in Manufacturing, Innovation and Financial services.
He has received numerous awards as a Chair, including being recipient of the Phil Meddings Award in 2023, the highest accolade for an Australian Chair.
Founder of Joined-Up, he is known for his interactive workshops on goal setting and business strategy, he has developed several workshops for the global ChairWorld conference including one on the use of “challenge” in a peer group setting.
