Benchmarking Your Marketing Performance with Debbie Richardson

  • Host Andrew Tessmann 145 Ann Street Brisbane City, QLD, 4000 Australia (map)

You are invited to join members of the Executive Connection for our next speaker session, led by Debbie Richardson on Benchmarking Your Marketing Performance.

This is an interactive session that gives businesses a starting point as to where their marketing is strong and where it needs improving. The workshop helps your business to start looking at:

  • What marketing means to your business
  • The reputation of your business
  • The capability within your business to execute marketing
  • The revenue that marketing activity generates for your business

As well as starting to address the above questions, all delegates are given a workbook that they complete through the session. They can then take the workbook away with them with a view to implementing the key points into their business.

A regular speaker, facilitator and advisor to CEOs and business leaders, Debbie believes that the traditional marketing function is failing businesses and has created a structured methodology that cuts through tactics and connects marketing strategy to business strategy.

A frustration with the lack of boardroom engagement and understanding of marketing strategy pushed Debbie to take action. To test her belief, Debbie undertook research with CEOs in the UK and Australia to test their perception of strategic marketing. This led to the development of a unique tool - the 9 Boxes™ - a process that assists CEOs and business leaders to understand and build capability in strategic marketing in the context of their own business.

Debbie’s experience with mid-tier businesses has built on her extensive experience in corporate business in the United Kingdom with major global media group News Corporation working on The Times, The Sunday Times, The Sun and The News of the World and global recruitment business Robert Half International.
